Mr. Livingston’ expertise is wind farms development and related
technologies for six years. He is CEO of Wind Tower Systems, a company that
has received grants from the United States Department of Energy and the California
Energy Commission to develop next generation taller and lighter wind turbine
towers using a structurally damped Space Frame that opens large markets for
utility scale wind projects in logistically difficult and remote areas. Mr.
Livingston is also manager of Wasatch Wind, currently developing wind farms
in areas particularly beneficial to using the new tower installation system.
He has two decades of entrepreneurial experience and several successful exits
developing technology based manufacturing companies and renewable power system
projects. He has a Bachelor of Science in Aerospace and Mechanical Engineering
from the University of Tennessee.
